STEP 4 Tap the Face Chizzler to remove any excess water or dip in cold water. STEP 5 Tap the Face Chizzler in your mouth and firmly bite into the center of the bite strips until they fit comfortably. Hold the position for 10 seconds. STEP 6 Repeat only if necessary. Do not boil Face Chizzler for more than 35 seconds at a time.
