Grip Strength packs feel narrow by comparison, they suit people already committed to hand training, not the broad audience you'd gift to. ResiTubes at sixty euros sit in a friendlier price range for the scope of what arrives. The Grip pack falls short as a general gift; it lands better when someone actually asks for it.

Broad appeal over specialist focus. €59.99 lands easy.

Yeah, I guess the ResiTubes thing makes sense. They're kind of the path of least resistance, price-wise. €59.99 lands in that sweet spot where someone doesn't feel like you're asking them to commit to a whole fitness identity or whatever. Bands just... work. You can throw them in a drawer and forget about them for 6 months, then pull them out and they're still fine. That said, I don't know. The grip strength angle they mentioned feels like it actually has more personality? Like at least you know what you're getting into. ResiTubes are fine if you're sending to someone who maybe exercises sometimes but you're not totally sure. Safe pick. Maybe worth asking: do they actually have a pull-up bar or door anchor situation at home. Because bands without a place to anchor them just sit there looking sad.

ResiTubes kind of occupies the same entry-point space as something like Rogue or even basic Amazon resistance bands, except APE BORN's pricing at €59.99 sits slightly higher without the brand recognition to justify it. You get 5 bands, handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, carrying bag. Functional. Stackable. The 150lbs range works fine for someone starting out or maintaining fitness at home 💪. But here's the thing: competitors at similar price points deliver comparable setups, and established brands carry more resale confidence. Where ResiTubes lands is convenience and the 30-day guarantee, which I guess matters if you're nervous about commitment. Not a bad entry point, just not the obvious choice unless you specifically want the bundled accessories. The manual and bag structure feel considered, though that doesn't move the needle much.
